Effective lubrication of the bearing can prolong its service life and improve work efficiency. The crusher must be properly lubricated before testing and commissioning.
1. Pay attention to improper bearing lubrication. Use inferior or impure lubricating oil. Excessive lubrication may wear or damage the bearing.
2. In order to ensure the use, the correct type of grease must be used. The lubricating grease brand is No. 3 lithium grease (composed of lithium soap and lubricating oil, without harmful ingredients to human body). The filling amount of grease is generally 1/2-2/3 of the bearing cavity space.
3. If proper lubricating oil is not used, excessive or insufficient lubricating oil will cause overheating and serious wear.
4. Replace the grease when it becomes dirty, dry or aged. Generally, the bearing must be well lubricated, and the lubricating grease must be added again after running for 3000 hours. Grease is injected into the bearing from the grease fitting.
The lubricating oil of the crusher bearing can be added through the nozzle and enter the bearing through the circulation hole.
It is only necessary to replace the bearing lubricating oil when the bearing is hot and noisy.
1. Open the bearing.
2. Remove the crusher bearing.
3. Clean the bearing with petroleum ether.
4. Add the correct lubricant to the bearing.
