A crusher is a device that crushes materials in the form of impact. It is divided into single-rotor crushers and double-rotor crushers.
The specific causes of bearing heating include:
1. When assembling the crusher, the outer ring, the bearing seat, or the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft are not correctly matched.
During the assembling process of the crusher, the inner hole was not repaired, and its size was measured, and new bearings were replaced for assembly. After the test, it was found that the temperature had risen too high. When disassembling the measurement results, it was found that the bearing seat hole had been deformed, which squeezed the outer ring part of the bearing, resulting in a smaller radial clearance of the bearing, uneven rolling of the rolling elements and increased wear. The gap between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft is too large, the inner ring of the bearing rotates with the rolling elements and the shaft, and friction causes the bearing to heat and vibrate.
2. Improper control of bearing heating temperature during crusher assembly.
During the heating operation, if the temperature of the bearing heater is adjusted too high, it will cause backfire and reduce the hardness and accuracy, which will increase the bearing temperature and cause bearing wear and damage.
3. Improper adjustment of bearing clearance when assembling the crusher.
In actual work, many installations are sometimes debugged only by feeling, and the gap is too large or too small to meet production requirements. If the axial clearance is too small, it is easy to cause the bearing to heat up, accelerate pitting, and even cause the rolling elements to be stuck or glued to damage; if the axial clearance is too large, the impact force of the moving pair will increase, and the rigidity will decrease. Resulting in operation. Abnormal sounds may even cause severe vibrations or damage the cage.
The oil seal is a sealing element used to seal the rotating shaft of the crusher machinery and equipment. The cavity is basically fixed, so the oil seal is also called a rotating shaft lip seal. For oil seals with auxiliary lip, the auxiliary lip plays a role of dust prevention, prevents impurities from entering, and prolongs the service life of the oil seal. However, the auxiliary lip is poorly lubricated and has high friction, resulting in damage to the dry seal oil seal. Make sure to fill your lips with grease.
