We know that there are 4 sets of bearings on the crusher. The eccentric shaft and the movable jaw are connected by 2 sets of bearings, and the eccentric shaft and the frame are connected by two sets of bearings. At present, most of the crusher bearings use roller bearings, which have high transmission efficiency and easy maintenance. But when the bearing is burned out, it will cause the crusher to stop suddenly. How to solve it from the source and reduce the occurrence of such situations?

Bearing selection
In the process of using the crusher, the bearing should adapt to the high-speed and high-strength work pressure, so more attention should be paid to the selection of the bearing. The selection of roller bearings should not only meet the requirements of external load but also give full play to the load capacity of the bearing itself. If the radial load is greater than the axial load, the fulcrum span is large, and the shaft deformation is large, a self-aligning bearing should be used. Therefore, a self-aligning roller bearing can be used in the crusher.
In terms of accuracy selection, first of all, the tolerance of the inner and outer rings of the bearing is ±0.05mm, and the general accuracy is ordinary. To reduce the damage of the crusher bearing, the accuracy of the bearing can be changed from ordinary level to C3 level, which has higher accuracy.
The clearance of a rolling bearing is divided into radial clearance and axial clearance, which respectively represent the amount of movement of the other ring from one extreme position to another extreme position in the radial and axial directions when one ring is fixed. Experimental analysis shows that the working travel clearance value that maximizes the bearing life is a negative value slightly/smaller than zero. Considering the changes caused by the temperature difference between the inner and outer rings and the load factors, the best dimensional tolerance and radial clearance tolerance can be selected for the bearing. In the assembly process, the bearing is selected and matched, and the bearing is selected according to the machining tolerance of the dynamic inner hole and the eccentric shaft, so that the tolerances are in an optimal state.
Bearing assembly and use method
Because the bearing needs to use the principle of thermal expansion and contraction to achieve interference fit during the assembly process, the heating process must be strictly controlled. Select the appropriate temperature for heating of bearings of different specifications and sizes.
During the assembly process, a special copper hammer is made to hit the bearing, and it is required to hit the bearing diagonally at the same time to ensure that the bearing enters the eccentric shaft in a balanced manner. When the eccentric shaft enters the movable jaw, an iron hammer must be used to move the jaw, and the eccentric shaft shall be loaded into the movable jaw by the interaction, without damaging the bearing on the eccentric shaft.
Use a grease injector to inject grease into the movable jaw. The grease added into the bearing is about 50% of its space volume. Replace it every 3 to 6 months. Clean the roller bearing with clean gasoline or kerosene when changing the oil. The raceway makes the bearing fully and evenly lubricated, and the bearing is well lubricated under heavy load and high temperature, which prolongs the service life of the bearing.
Before the crusher works, inject an appropriate amount of grease between the toggle plate and the adjusting seat. After idling for a period of time, check whether the working current and voltage are normal, and whether the crusher has abnormal noise before transporting the stone for crushing work. Buffer measures should be taken at the feed port to prevent large rocks from directly impacting the feed port of the crusher. Large rocks that exceed the size of the feed port must be blasted twice before they can enter the feed port to extend the service life of the crusher.
