Double row tapered roller bearings

Double-row tapered roller bearings are mostly used separately and do not need to fit with other bearings. Double-row tapered roller bearings can withstand heavy (both radial and axial) loads, strong rigidity. It can be fixed axially in both directions, with a certain axial clearance or a certain preload. Double-row taper roller bearings are mainly used in gearboxes, lifting equipment, rolling mills, and mining machinery, such as tunnel tunneling machines.

The TDO type double row tapered roller bearing has a double raceway conical outer ring and two inner races with rollers and cage assembled. Usually, there is a spacer ring between the two conical inner rings of these bearings. Because axial clearance or preload has been adjusted during the production process, they are fast-packed assembled. These bearings are back-to-back configurations, so the load line is separated from the bearing line. Because of this, bearings can be used in a more rigid configuration, allowing a considerable amount of tilting torque. TDO type double-row tapered roller bearing has a variety of internal structures: 

Bearing with middle spacer and stamping window cage. 

Bearing with an intermediate ring, hollow roller, and welding cage. 

Bearing with close extended inner ring and stamping window cage.

TDI type double row tapered roller bearing has a double raceway cone inner ring and two conical outer rings with two sets of rollers and cage assembled. The double-row rollers are arranged face to face. A spacer is usually configured between two outer rings. A certain axial clearance or preload can be obtained by selecting the size of the middle spacer. TDI type bearings have a variety of internal structures:

bearing with intermediate ring and stamping window cage.

bearing with an intermediate ring, hollow roller, and welding cage. 

Large cone angle bearing for the axial thrust of the rolling mills.

The difference between these two types of designation: one is face-to-face design, the other is back-to-back design. We can also choose a different design according to different assembly positions and uses.
