Yoke Type Track Rollers

Track rollers also called support rollers, are rolling bearings that feature a thick-walled outer ring compared to standard bearings. Yoke type track rollers are full complement cylindrical roller bearings, with axial guidance and lip seals on both sides.

Features:

- The thick outer ring allows the track roller to cope with increasing bending stress and associated deformation.

- Stress reduction with the profiled outer ring.

Tedin provides the following structures of yoke type track rollers according to specific applications:

1.NUTR series Yoke Type Track rollers Bearings: double row full complement cylindrical rollers, without a cage, with seals and retainer ring.

2. NATR/NATV Series Yoke Type Track rollers Bearings: single row full complement needle rollers, with axial guidance, gap seals on both sides.

3. Tedin provides custom yoke type track rollers, widely used in oil pipe rolling machines.

Available with different wall width on the two sides of the outer surface.

Available with spherical rollers and without inner ring, the inner ring is a part of the spindle.

Available without inner ring, the inner ring is a part of the spindle.
