Four-point contact ball slewing bearings

Four-point contact ball slewing bearing is composed of two seat rings, compact in structure and light in weight. The steel ball is in contact with the ring's raceway at four points and can withstand axial force, radial force, and overturning moment at the same time. It can be selected for engineering machinery such as rotary conveyor, welding operator, small and medium-sized crane, and excavator.

Tedin produces the following types of slewing bearings:

1. Four-point contact ball slewing bearings: with internal gear, with external gear, without gear;

2. Crossed roller slewing bearings: with internal gear, with external gear, without gear;

3. Double-row four-point contact ball slewing bearings: with internal gear, with external gear, without gear;

4. Three-row slewing bearings: with internal gear, with external gear, without gear;

Tedin's precision four-point contact ball slewing bearings are widely used for the following applications:

1. Trailer: This type of slewing bearing is used on many occasions: the transportation industry, agricultural trailer, irrigation system, and an airport luggage rack. Application in the vehicle, the bearing transfer axial load, radial load, and torque. In other applications, they mostly transmit axial loads.

2. Wind power: Wind turbine bearing usually includes yaw bearing, pitch bearing, and transmission system bearing (main shaft and gearbox bearing). The yaw bearing is installed at the connection part between the tower and the cabin, and the pitch bearing is installed at the connection part between the root of each blade and the hub. One set of yaw bearing and three sets of pitch bearing are used for each wind turbine. Tedin provides yaw bearing, pitch bearing, and main shaft bearing for customers.

3. Solar energy: Rotating solar panels are a good way to increase energy. As four-point contact slewing bearings have a very compact design, it supplies the largest solar electric field in Europe.

4. Medical equipment: The advantages of four-point contact slewing bearings are: high precision, low noise, long life, and high reliability. They have been widely used in gamma knife, CT machine, nuclear magnetic resonance machine, and other large-scale medical equipment.

5. Robots: Industrial robot and other equipment. The rotary table slewing bearings are installed in the joint of the robots. This structure can realize the incredible high tight rotating motion.

6. Radar: Military use Radar.

7. Laser Process Equipment: Tedin supplied many batches of four point contact slewing bearings (without gear type) to our customer in the field of laser process equipment.
