Crossed Tapered Roller Bearings
At present, many worktables are designed as the combination of axial bearing and radial bearing, that is, the combination of axial thrust bearing and radial centering bearing. The structure of the layout is complex, and there are many materials used, especially in the placement of large box parts, the space bed volume of the whole machine tool is larger. Therefore, this kind of combination is not easy to ensure the bearing installation, and because of the difficulty of pre tightening adjustment, it is difficult to improve the overall accuracy of the worktable. In contrast, the arrangement of the crossed tapered roller bearing makes the worktable compact in structure, compact in volume, material saving, and can bear larger volume of workpieces in a limited space. The mandrel length is reduced, the material is saved, the cost is reduced, and the geometric dimension change under thermal expansion is also reduced. Thanks to the design of two rows of crossed rollers, the span of the bearing can be significantly improved and moved up across the workpiece, so this kind of bearing has a high anti frequency covering torque.
The arrangement of the crossed roller bearing, the detachable bearing inner and outer rings are respectively placed on the pivot and the gear ring, and the bearing preload is realized by adjusting the thickness of the gasket. Customers only need to wear the gasket and lock the bolt to achieve the preload, so as to achieve the required rigidity in the processing. In most cases, the bearing of the worktable is lubricated by circulating oil. For the crossed tapered roller bearing, lubricating oil can be injected into the clearance between the two inner rings. The oil dry degree and oil quantity need to be calculated according to the actual working conditions.
