Product Description

Four Row Tapered Roller Bearings are mainly used in the bearing configuration of rolling mills with low to medium rolling speeds. Because of its special design, the bearing can withstand the axial load in addition to the radial load that occurs in such applications. Four-row tapered roller bearing also has several different structures according to specific operating conditions.

Cage Types:

The steel stamping cage is used normally, when the bearing diameter is more than 650mm, a roller-pillar welding cage is used.

Installation of four-row tapered roller bearings (installing roller bearings)

1. The fit of the inner ring of the four-row tapered roller bearing and the roller neck is generally with a gap. When installing, first install the bearing into the bearing box, and then install the bearing box into the journal.

2. The outer ring of the four-row tapered roller bearing and the hole of the bearing box are also dynamically matched. First, install the outer ring A into the bearing box. When leaving the factory, character symbols are printed on the outer ring, inner ring, and inner and outer spacer rings, and must be installed into the bearing box in order according to the order of the character symbols during installation. It cannot be interchanged arbitrarily to prevent the change of bearing clearance.

3. After all the parts are installed in the bearing box, the inner ring, and the inner spacer, the outer ring, and the outer spacer are axially tight.

4. Measure the gap width between the end face of the outer ring and the bearing box cover to determine the thickness of the corresponding sealing gasket.
