The precision of bearing rollers is the most important factor that affects the bearing rotational accuracy. The general application of each precision grade of bearing rollers showing as in the below table:

The following are the main parameters of bearing rollers and the accuracy that we can achieve:

1. Diameter variation/ set: 0.003mm;

2. End face roughness: 0.1;

3. Raceway surface roughness: 0.08 (after superfinishing),  0.16 (without superfinishing)

4. Roundness: 0.001mm;

5. Profile: Logarithmic profile.

Some low-noise bearings also must be assembled with bearing rollers with precision grade 0 or I.
