Spherical Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings
(SL05 series and SL06 series)
Spherical full complement cylindrical roller bearings (SL05 series and SL06 series) are double row cylindrical roller bearings with a spherical outer ring.
Double row full complement cylindrical roller bearings:
Double row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are all supplied with a lubrication groove with holes in the outer ring, which enables full lubrication access into the rolling space of each row of cylindrical rollers. The inner ring of the NNC, NNCL, and NNCF design has three guiding flanges to ensure the guiding accuracy of cylindrical rollers. They differentiate by the number of guiding flanges and snap rings in the outer ring. These components stop the rolling elements from falling out.
NNF series: Equivalent INA type SL04 series
- Single outer ring with a central flange.
- 2 identical inner rings held together with metallic spring.
- An oil grooves and holes in both rings.
- PP: Sealed and lubricated.
- 2NR: 2 snap rings.
- Locating bearing.
NNC series: Equivalent INA type SL01 series
- Two outer rings with integral flange.
- Inner ring with 3 flanges.
- An oil groove and holes in the outer ring.
- Locating bearing.
NNCF series: Equivalent INA type SL1850 series
- Single outer ring with one flange.
- Outer ring located with one snap ring.
- Inner ring with 3 flanges.
- An oil groove and holes in the outer ring.
- Semi locating bearing.
NNCL series: Equivalent INA type SL02 series
- Single outer ring without flange.
- Outer ring located with a central spring.
- Inner ring with 3 flanges.
- An oil groove and holes in the outer ring
- Non-locating bearing
UNNC and UNNCL series: Equivalent INA type SL05 and SL06 series
