Production Process
Forging Process
We use premium bearing steel with higher purity. After the forgings arrive, each piece undergoes dimensional inspection according to machining drawings, along with metallographic analysis of the material. This ensures that all dimensions remain within tolerance and the internal structure of the forging is sound and free from defects.


CNC Turning Process
According to the machining drawings, turning is carried out on the ring faces, oil grooves, inner and outer diameters, flanges, and chamfers, while ensuring proper allowance for subsequent operations.

Drilling Process
Using a high-precision CNC machining center, the connection holes, mounting holes, and lubrication holes of the bearing rings are accurately machined.

Heat Treatment Process
Different materials require different heat treatment methods, which are generally divided into surface hardening and overall quenching. Surface hardening is applied to materials such as 42CrMo, with the raceway surface hardness reaching HRC55–60. Overall quenching is used for materials like GCr15 and GCr15SiMn, where the entire component can achieve a hardness of HRC58–62.


Rough Grinding Process
Using automated precision grinding machines, rough grinding is performed to remove machining allowances and correct any distortions from heat treatment. This process improves product accuracy and provides a solid foundation for the final grinding operations.
Chamfer Hard Machining Process
Chamfering and finishing are performed on the bearing edges, oil grooves, and flanges to enhance dimensional accuracy and improve the overall appearance of the product.

Multiple Tempering Process
Low-temperature tempering is performed at 120–150 °C to relieve stresses introduced during grinding, reducing deformation and enhancing the stability of the product.


Final Grinding Process
Final grinding is carried out on the product using high-precision, fully automated CNC grinding machines to meet design specifications and customer requirements. The grinding accuracy can reach up to 0.001 mm.
Assembling Process
The components are cleaned, demagnetized, and sorted before assembly. The assembly is carried out according to process requirements to ensure that the complete product meets the specified precision standards.

Final Inspection Process
The fully assembled products undergo comprehensive inspection, including dimensions, precision, clearance, and appearance, to ensure that each unit meets quality standards and prevent defective products from being delivered.


Laser Marking and Packaging Process
After inspection, the products are cleaned, demagnetized, rust‑proofed, marked, and then carefully packaged and boxed for delivery.
